What is Makhana ?

• Origin: Comes from the seeds of the lotus plant, mainly grown in India (especially Bihar)

• Appearance: Small, round, white, and puffy.

• Taste: Mild and slightly nutty; crunchy when roasted..

• Gluten-free & low-calorie: Ideal for healthy snacking.

What is Jaggery?

• Traditional unrefined sugar made from sugarcane or palm sap.

• Known as "Gur" in Hindi.

• Contains iron, magnesium, potassium, calcium.
